I talked to the person playing Williams and it was apparently a misunderstanding caused by miscommunication and extreme lag.
As for the Hogosha, we are not really concerned with Kusari, the Hogosha is also a highly xenophobic faction with little interest to do business with foreigners, thus we would not like to get entangled with them as of yet. Our Corsair allies suggested during a meeting that we avoid the faction for now, but I would say our standing is 'neutral' at best.
My long-term plans are to establish dominance on the unlawful markets in the Sigmas though, in which we will most likely for the duration of some time, plan to (!) collaborate with either the FA or the Hogs.
