I've never been bothered by foreign languages too much. If two or more players are carrying on a conversation in say, Russian, then that is their business. I personally don't speak any common foreign languages but the one I speak and write some of was learned out of spite. My I.K.S. profiles speak Klingon from time to time since they are Klingons.
