In most of the areas that the Hessians are present, the Corsairs are also present (Omega-3, Omega-41, Omega-11, Omega-5, Omega-47, Omega-15, Omega-7, and it can be argued that Stuttgart, New Berlin, and Munich could be Corsair ZoI as well), and they also have two other houses and a group of edge worlds in their Zone of Influence. The Hessians may be a large pirate faction, but they are definitely smaller than both the Corsairs and the Outcasts.

Heh, ingame rumours and news confirm that Hessians are in fact the third largest unlawful group in Sirius, and not second. Corsairs are first biggest, Outcasts come second.

Ok mate, calm down. And not to be an "jerk" but can you please try... Try to correct your spelling a little, I can hardly read your texts at times. Anyhow, to the faction, I like the Idea, But Id rather see more active players in RHA or HT. Since The Red Hessians are a slightly smaller group then the Corsairs, I dont see it as a good thing to have 3 factions for that pirate faction. The Corsairs (wich are the largest) has only 3.
But other then that, nicely written and well done on the lists of allowed equipent, big plus mate.

Yes , they have a large ZoI but you dont see corsair in Liberty and NB , Their most in the Omegas , omicrons , bretonia and not very often in Kusary mate;
