What about REAL siege weapons , like some combination of Mortar and Flak , with large blast radius ( like 500 meters ) , but only 25% of Mortar power ?
It can be used against snubs , or other capitols if you are bad aimer ( like me ) !
Or anti fighter missiles ?
Or mines for capitols ?
Or CD for BS ?
Or hellfire for BS ?
Or Ability to mount both CM and Cloak or Cloak Disruptor on BS ?
Or Automatic save message no:0 : "Got away from me already , you snub ! And stop bumping in to me ! ! " ?
Or . . . ANY improvement with Capitol balance against . . . anything ?
We need some love for Capitols to !
RP and logicaly speaking , it is silly for small Fighter be able to equip all that , and SOOOO BIG BS can only have turrets , no CD , and only one CM !

About the weapon ideas:
1- Capitals ARE NOT ANTI-SNUBS. Gunships and gunboats fill that role.
So, dump both the anti-snub missiles on caps and that mixed mortar/flak stuff.
2- Hellfires for caps? What use to that? Bombers (with rocket pods) and fighters (with Catapult) use those.
Not caps. Sorry, no deal.
3- CM+Disruptor+Cloak? Realistically here, NO. Either one of those or none.
4- Use server commands. Not difficult to do.
5- As I previously stated, Capitals ain't meant to counter snubs. And never they will.
They are meant for fleet engagements; if you want to anti-snub, use either a solaris GB/GS or another snub. Also, flaks and cruiser solarises are there for snub defence roles.
6- Mines on caps? Again, no. I don't see them useful on them. Maybe somewhere else, but not on caps.
7- Just read Piombo's thought. I would see ion cannon arrays, that is an idea.
I am frank: nice attempts at making ideas, I give you that, yet they might be unviable due to balance.
However, this is what I personally think, so don't take it to heart.
Yeah , other snubs are defense against snubs , but whats when you doing SOLO missions in capitol and some bomber decide to attack you , or just CD you so you cant reach anything , or if you reach anything , you cant dock and change ship because he follow and you are pvp dead when dock ?
Or like in California Event now , we log in 2 Valors , and Liberty gank you with 2-3 Bombers , we are totally defenseless against them ( God help as if they show up in 5 or 6 Bombers ) , and again , we cant change to snub ( even if we have them close by ) ?
Or option to call friendly snub support , well , server is not full all the time anymore , and you don't have that luxury when you want it , especially if you are in different time zone from most other players .
Uses for mines on Capitols ?
For defense purposes , for example when pest bomber keeps bumping in to you , you drop couple of mines and he will not do it again ! Also ever fly capitol and swarm of NPC fighters bump in you , not a pleasant experience , i can tell you that , mines will get rid of them at once !

Look under Capitol mines !

As for CM+Disruptor+Cloak , i have not meant all 3 at once , i wrote exactly : "CM and Cloak or Cloak Disruptor" it means Cloak or Cloak Disruptor with CM , since make sense that big battle ships have plenty of space to equip something so small like CM dropper .
Also , following your logic , fighters also don't need any of this : no missiles , no mines , no torpedoes , no hellfire's , no CD , no CM , just guns are enough for a skilled player to kill any other fighter , right ? So why not strip snubs from everything except guns , and then , finally , we will have snub-Capitol proper balance ?

i know to use saved messages , that was just sarcasm to show how frustrated i am because of Capitol helplessness against snubs !

battleships only good against cruisers and battleships
you can mount bb razor to kill gunboats and cruisers
if you aim well you can rek cruisers with mortars
also if you aim well you can rek light battleships on your heavy battleship
battleships and cruiser needs more weapon though so we can mount different weapons instead of full primary turrets and full secondary turrets
maybe ballistic weapons that need ammo to fire just like in real life yknow

How many bombers died to sunk Yamato or any other BS in history of naval warfare ?
( EDIT : I just Google it , Yamato shoot down 10 of 400 aircrafts that have sent on him in several ways from 8 Carriers ) !
Bombers are heavily armed and slow attack crafts , not fast and impossible to hit . They do kill Capitols , but with great looses , not rare case with Kamikaze type attack necessary to finish the job .
Bombers in discovery can gank BS without worry to be killed except if they leave ship in space in middle of battle or some lucky 1 in 500 random hit chance . Bombers also should die to BS !
What i try to achieve is some way for Capitol get rid of pesky snubs , by either to have FAIR chance to kill them , or some way of temporally disable them to not bother them for at least short time !
Like some kind of tractor beam that will capture enemy snub in side of his cargo hold for a short time , possibly in his own mounted docking module ? That will not kill or harm snub , just give Capitol a short break , or possibility for save landing .
What i am saying , any snub can piss on any capitol all he wants , and capitol cant do anything to stop him , there is not even a rule that protecting him from , let say , harassing from snubs , because when snub attack Capitol thats really a harassing ( http://www.dictionary.com/browse/harassing ) !
