NPC cargo piracy

I know this is very old thread, but I dont want to start a new one.

Has anything changed? This used to be a great way to earn money but today I stood at the both side of Kyushu - NT JG for about 30 minutes and all i got was 2 transports with oxygen.

Can anyone recommend a good place in or near Kusari?

Starting a new one would be a little easier for all involved
