cant join the server

hello i have a problem,

IF I try to join the server stands there : "The connection to the server has been lost. Either the server you were connected to has crashed, or youre Internet connection to that server is not working. This is usually an intermittend problem . Please try agaib later."

My internet connection is good and Iam sure the server is not crashed .

what i can do ?

Maybe your account got banned? It can happen by accident sometimes.

check your quarantine section to see if dsace.dll is in there
