Looking for a Blender animation - 1 bil reward

Long story short, i need a similar animation like this one below, but with additional effects like lights or a cloak effect. I have the model and the Blender animation file. So you don't need to worry about that part. I'm just unable to add effects. QQ

A reward in high of 1 bil SC should be worth the effort.
