Take one bribe of the Liberty Rogues

Done, you will be neutral, just some factions like Xenos, Coalition and Colonial-Crayterian will remain hostile, but you can fix some of them (like the Coalition in Newport Station).

Oh, and if you have a good ship you can get Zoner missions to increase your rep quickly in Coronado against the Wild, but you need to be good, there are very hard missions there. Or just fly to Bethlehem and get a triple bribe.

You can do this with fczonerco, and get a Rogue rephack on Allentown (Junkers) in Penn. Viola, you are Neutral to almost all House except Xenos and RheinMil Guard. Costs about 850 kCr for a brand new toon. I, too, agree with Thyrzul, this is an NPC fix only.

That is because of Rephacks.
Rephacks work like this
GRN and LNS are enemies, if you are LNS and you get a GRN bribe, upon undocking your rep will be rephacked back to hostile, its logic.
Rephacks is sometimes dependant on Official Faction RP, once upon a time Order started shooting TAZ zoners both sides were temporarily rephacked hostile to each other.

You'll find, if you go back through those instructions, that both people refer to specific /restart factions.

If you use a brand new ship/character, /restart fczonerco and then go to Allentown and bribe for Rogues, you are neutral to almost the entire House space.

This is not guaranteed to work with non-new characters, or other restarts.

Ok, but this happen on all the bribes i tried lol, like GMG, Universal shipping etc, and im a freelancer.
Usually i take the bribe, do one mission, take another bribe, do another mission, and then im neutral-positive

Funny how such a small question develops into an entire discussion on how Bribes Work.
