If a transport gets buffed in size, usually players are supposed to adjust to the change, instead of start sprouting demands that cargo restrictions on non-faction IDs need to be changed. The Pilgrim, unlike the Ptrain, is not an unlawful ship, which is why it was added to the ID in the first place. For smugglers.
