My activity was previously very good but I have been inactive for the past few months as I tend to take a break from the game every now and then. I am playing again now and this character was always my main one so no doubt I will be performing regular duties again. Apologies for my extended absence.

Sipping a by now merely lukewarm mug of Sunbucks™ coffee, Deputy Captain Colin Sinclair looks quite positively exhausted lazy kicking back in his chair, carefully noting that his well-worn desk chair seems somewhat lower and the office a tiny bit smaller than last time he had to write one of these... things. Doesn't seem like putting it off any further is an option, however, despite not figuring out any way to top last year's reply after a good long month of productive work procrastination; it's down to the clock now with the reply due in just a few hours. ...Hmh.

Well, now there's an idea. Colin may not have the original document any more, but some digital digging nets him something that might do the trick: HR still has a copy of the original scan on their networked storage. After some quick retouches, Colin's reasonably sure that the old letter is ready to head back to HR again, fairly confident that it will be just as popular "popular" as last time it visited.
