I know there are many pilots out in the sector. Many more so that has some technology. Just recently, we scrapped and cut down an old ship of mine, The Revenge and fixed up a beaten ship called the *Static*. We are in need of something a little more advanced.

Here's the deal. We have a cloaking device, Mk-II. It fits nicely on smaller gunboats. But this Corvo here needs something bigger. Mk-II advanced. Something that would fit on a battleship. So we are offering a trade of 150 millions and this Mk-II for an advanced model. We'll come to you.

Name your system. We'll get it. Or, if you're feeling froggy, we'll toss in an extra 25 millions if you bring it to us in Omicron-Theta.
