This private neural net page is dedicated to the documentation of pilots and organisations who are caught in violation GMG laws.

It may also be used to report piracy and violence committed against Guild ships outside of Guild space, and reports from both primary and independent members of The Guild are considered valid. All reports must adhere to the template below and include relevant guncams and communications logs where appropriate.

Report: Ship was intercepted in Sigma-13, carrying a large amount of cardamine. Upon detection, the pilot of this ship immediately attempted to activate a cloaking device, which, despite protests to the contrary, implies awareness of and voluntary intent to violate Guild laws. In addition to this, the criminal in question eventually fled through the Frankfurt jumphole, in violation of Guild directives. Please find attached a communications log of the incident.

Identification of subject: Kusari Naval Forces

Report: A "Tokugawa"-class Kusari battleship was detected in the Okinawa system without any prior announcement or permission. Despite orders to stop, the captain of the ship proceeded to moor with Planet Miura without permission, and was generally non-compliant. It later left Okinawa for Sigma-19 and proceeded to the Honshu system, disrupting a trade lane in the process. On the other side of the gate, the ship moored with Aomori Station, again without authorisation, before proceeding out of Guild space and further into Honshu.

The same ship was later detected in Sigma-59, in flagrant and knowing violation of Guild law. These are serious transgressions that will not be tolerated again.
