Good evening.

As you are all aware, the decommissioning of Puerta de Tierra has begun and is due to be completed over the next few days. The remaining crew are to be relocated to alternative stations over the next few hours.

I will be overseeing this operation and if there are any concerns, please feel free to contact me. I will be based on Junker's Town for the duration of this.
