Our predecessors and the original founders of the Bundschuh Party ironically had a fair deal in common with their enemies; Most were wealthy and educated in postsecondary institutes, and more pertinently to the Bundschuh's history of terrestrial or gravitational combat - Most relied upon the "dirty work" of others, as with the Party's creation of the Hessian movement. The Bundschuh served during the First Popular Revolution as something of a "Vanguard Party", nominally, it still consisted of an "elite" of Rheinlandic society who disagreed with the rest of the Elite on the direction of the then-Empire.
Today's Bundschuh Party in either the "Klugmann" or "Eistochter Renaissances" is consistent of standing garrison of snubcraft on each spaceborne Bundschuh stronghold, availible for lease by any of the smaller sects dependant on a dizzying number of political factors best described elsewhere.
The present generation of the Bundschuh Party is more egalitarian in its origins and grassroots in its funding, and pending new recruits and members from planetary population centers, may actually be capable of fielding its own insurgency forces Rheinland-wide whether as ground troops or shipboard marines.
