Has anyone else found that, sometimes, the repsheet says a faction is neutral, but they are actually hostile? It has happened twice to me, now. The faction in question is at the very bottom of neutral, and, if you hold the mouse over them, it says "neutral", but the NPCs are actually red.
Yeah, it happened to me a couple times. Basically, if you're at the specified amount, rather than over it, the faction will hate you.
