I think we need to retake this census for the reason that now, most if not all users that were in multiple SO factions are no longer in more than one and thus the survey may yield new results.

Lancer was the creator of the SF. OR to be more precise, the SDF (Sirius Defence Force). Which later merged with the LS (Liberty Security) to form the SF.
