Help cant see server

Hi there all was just wondering why possibly the Discovery Freelancer 24/7 RP wouldn't be showing up in servers to join?

Here's a trick.

Open up the launcher
Look at the "Forced Arguments" section

If

-s51.254.85.204:2302

isn't there, you have a problem.
Otherwise, check your firewall.

it is in there but no not working, just tried allowing both the launcher and the freelancer exe into firewal still nothing
roughly 5 servers are showing on list, and it continues to say loading global server(i can join 3-4 of showing server}. was i supposed to uninstall vanilla freelancer and then reinstall?
