Rob Serlax was born on a Zoner station in Kepler system called "Ames Reasearch Station". He had 2 other siblings in the family one brother and one sister. While their parents worked onboard the station, mother was a bioengineer and father was a scientist of physics but worked most of his time with thermodynamics and plasma.
When Rob and his siblings turned 6 years old, their parents decided to take them and show what they are doing in the hopes that their children would continue their work when they were gone. While Rob was facinated with science, his siblings did not share his enthuaism towards science. His sister, Artemis, liked dissapearing for 4-7 hrs per day, their parents did not know what she was up to, as she was excellent at evading her parents and brothers.
But Rob's brother was inspired by the stories of Edison Trent and the Nomad war, he wanted to became like Trent. But their parents did not want that, because they feared that Murphy would go and get himself killed trying to fight the Nomads and The Wild.
Turning 8, Rob went to school to study Science while Murphy went to Military School but Artemis just dissapeard from the station, they were devasted by that. They contaced both Kusari and Liberty officials that their child is missing, but as Kepler system is indepentend there was little they could do. But Zoners promised to look for her. The Searches went on for 4 years before it was appearant that they would not find her. But Rob refused to "bury" her as she was just missing and did not want to believe that she was dead.
Later Life
8 Years has passed after dissapearance of Artemis, Rob and Murhpy turned 22 and decided to leave home as they know it, Rob wanted to go to New London to university to study both BioEngineering and little bit of Physics while Murhy went on and served the Kusari Navy as a Marine. While Rob was busy studying his brother was keeping the peace on one of the Kusaris space station called "Kure Shipyard".
Rob finished his studies after 6 years and took a position as Senior Scientist on Planet Gran Canaria and started working on Nomad Incubus in hopes to reverse the effects or even remove it from the human hosts known as The Wild
While his brother was still known to keep the peace in Kure Shipyard, but in reality he did not know what his brother was up to, as they didn't keep in contact after his studies ended.
While Rob was working on his Research he attained the title of Lead Scientist in 2 years and met with various people who had seen and fought the Nomads and The Wild, he also met with a group of Crayterians who lived there and became Zoners but the words "For those who we left behind" still had meaning, but for Rob he did not understand it as he was unaware of the History about Crayterians, so he started doing a bit of Research on their history and found it facinating.
Current Life
One day when Rob was working on his project, that didn't had much success for a long time, he decided to head out with a Research ship that was traveling to Kepler system, upon arrival he tought *Hmm.... Back home... Ahh the memories*. He learned there that he needed to head out and conduct his research elsewhere, what derrived him to that conclusion is still a mystery even for him. He called up a old collegue of his to ask if he was interested to join he got a satisfying answer.
So Rob and his collegue set out in search of a place where to establish an Institute dedicated to Research on The Wild and Nomads.
