First of all , i can see a lot of people who complains are not really active in helping anybody , because if they are they will KNOW when you are helping newbies it is frequent that you are bombarded with PM , group , local and systems questions at same time , and in that moment , IF you wish to help them , there is no time to individually search players and send them PM with answers , especially if answer is similar . In that case group or local oorp is fastest and logical solution , especially for people who don't have enGRiSh as first language , and don't type very fast , but for some people it is more important all proper RP and "by the book" than to help anybody , isnt ?
THOSE who don't help anybody don't have any right to judge ones that DO help ! Try helping a bit then you can Judge .

People here are giving you constructive criticism and you shouldn't take it personally. Honestly, I think we need more people who dedicate their time to helping new guys learn about the game and how this community works. I have personally taken one of the new guys under my wing, but that's irrelevant.

More Veteran people need to do like you do , find some newbies and guide them , not just 10 minutes brief tutorial , but be there for them , lake Master is there for his pupil ! I have 4 pupil under my care now for months , none of them broke any rule or was accused of anything , and i can assure you , they will not .

They can nag all they want , telling Johnny is bad influence , he is this or that , but that is ALL they can do , cry and complain ! WE know the truth . You helped so many of as and we will not allowed them to take you down . Just ignore them and focus on game .

As for all this crying Johnny is hostile to un-law ones , what do you expect ? Johny cant teach newbies to be Pirates , he is a miner/trader , he teach newbies to mine and trade , which is last time i heard , only way to make some decent start money , and then after newbies collect money , ONLY then they can chose what they want to be , Police , Bounty Hunter , Pirates etc . I am also frequent in Pennsylvania in My LR ship , not only to pirate , but also to recruiting newbies to life outside law , and i don't have impression that i have being ganged by Law forces . One time i was intercept by Toris and crew , and after some RP , i was peacefully escorted outside liberty . Other time after 15 minutes of peaceful recruiting i was But-cloak insta killed by Law BS ( hardly a newbie , isnt ) , but after some oorp PM i explain him his error and forget about hole thing , but i am sure he would be sanctioned if any of Johny haters were on my place .
Like i have already wrote , make some effort to help people , or to teach them to RP properly if you haven't happy with Johnys work .
And for last , a little statistic :

Angels Active and helping in Pensilvania : 0 .

All i can see so far is 1 or 2 Angels in Pennsylvania 1 hour a day , which is to low to do anything useful . Others just complain and nag , BUT they don't do anything to help !

teaching is hard job, yet I believe that You are doing good job especially if comes to fighting against newbie-abuse.
