So as it is right now, the most important thing to do in the Nomicrons is turning Geb to battlecruiser again. About Ossie&Mako stuff, if Wesker finds it problematic with Mako's stats, maybe just scale it down a bit, get rid of some stuff to make it comparable to the Ossie.
Then boost core of both BSs to make both sides happy.
Downscaling the mako would make it op. It's rly thin as it is. However it's wide side and sorta bulky top half balance it out.
Just give the mako a medium bs powercore.
Order has the Geb, I don't think I need to bother explaining anything there, but that balances out both sides. Looking at combat capabilities of the order vs core capline the order capline wins by a mile. The reseph is a med cruiser with a very nice turn rate and slim shape. The thresher has a slim shape too, but doesn't have the armor powercore or turn rate. Gbs wise the orca can give the Hathor a run for its money but the Hathor has tanking superiority with its 8 guns foward.
I already explained battleship comparison.
The bullhead is very nice and is the cores upper hand in some cases, the core also has the bottlenose which is good but can be countered by snub firepower, (happens a lot more these days).

Don't forget the three CM slots the Reseph has I also still think the Orca is just terrible and any competent pilot (even in lighter ships) that knows not to attack face on can avoid the forward gun and kill it.
Personally I think the Bullhead is fine, but it's very difficult to use. It could be made easier to use by increasing it's agility imo.
But otherwise, I do believe that maybe aside from the Bottlenose, Moray and Bullhead, Order shipline is superior indeed.
