To the honourable representatives of Liberty,
I write to you today regarding a matter of delicacy involving the Commonwealth of Liberty also known as the Hellfire Legion.
Towards the beginning of this year one of my Directors James Blackwood, was contacted by the current leader of the Hellfire Legion Lord Commander Samuel Locklear inviting OSC to a tour of their Commonwealth systems, of which they plan to open to the general populace, with the express desire for my company to operate within, thereby establishing a groundwork for their burgening tourism industry. An invitation that we accepted with a degree of skepticism.
To my surprise the Lord Commander was sincere in his invitation and quite astonishingly gave the tour personally along with one Fleet Captain Lennard Westbrook and one Star Colonel Jordan Lancaster. Under the guidance of the Lord Commander a scientific team escorted by two of our security pilots completed a detailed survey of prospective locations within the systems of Humbolt, Kansas and Vesspuci, the former of the three had begun showing signs of jumphole instability and has been marked as unsafe for transit. A copy of the aforementioned report can be made available upon request.
As a result of the survey we have deemed a location within the Commonwealth as suitable and have begun deliberations as to its viability and cost effectiveness, so far the results have been promising. It's at this juncture that I contact your esteemed government as a chance to air any greivances or reservations towards our intentions and that of our relations with the Hellfire Legion. Of course we will be happy to discuss these matters in greater detail with yourselves or representatives of the armed forces you deem necessary.
