Simple way to decrease overall staff load...

A new plugin which would give players the ability to report rule violators ingame.

Code:

/report [Player Ingame Name] [Rule Violated]:[Rule Violated etc] [Brief description]

Upon execution of the above command "/report" a player receives a "Case-ID:XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"
He can use this case ID to execute the following commands:

/remreport [Case-ID]

/showreport: Showreport allows the User to get a status update of the Sanction

Once another Player reports the same Players as I did, the "Valid until" date gets extended or the selected player will be sanctioned depending on the evidence available.

/remreport: The Case CAN be closed by the Player but the Administrator team will be notified in the logs that a case was closed before it was solved.

Following features could the plugin offer:

* Automatically Sanctions a Reported Player once an indicator hit "X" times from different Players
-> Players are identified through their [Launcher ID* & IP Adress]
-> A Player cannot report the same Player Account again until the Player was either sanctioned or not by the plugin
-> A Player is called "guilty" ONLY if there is more than 1 Report open about him with the SAME rule(s) violated OR when an admin approves the sanction request. Administrative grants can override the tool and instantly sanction a player.
-> The duration for a sanction case to stay open is 7 days. In these 7 days will be decided if he is guilty or not, depends on if there are more reports incoming.

*Launcher ID: The Launcher will be Adjusted to give every player an XX-long Hex ID, a Launcher can have multiple IDs but has to have one main Launcher-ID the others are meant to allow shared accounts on multiple Launchers as kind of "derived ids".

I have no idea if that's everything said, guess not. The plugin could be embedded as a plugin to MyBB, only thing admins would have to do everyday then would be approving/denying sanction reports which the tool could not decide upon.
