in freeworlds there is 50k radius for misssions i think or 25k maybe more

You can also limit their damage output so that they don't fire 8.33 razors at you.
For example, making their guns npc-only and having x5 times the cooldown, since NPCs ignore energy requirements.

NPC only guns sound good. That way changes in balance for players won't affect NPCs.

However, if missions become easier, will the reward become lower?

Infinite energy can be removed from NPCs.

I am against idea of making NPC in missions less deadly , we doing missions because we want challenge , but a wider mission area is welcomed .

npcs doesnt firing with 8.33 rate, only bases do and there must be more than 8-9 player then bases can fire with 8.33 rate

Maybe ask to Freeworlds developer about "increasing radius of the missions"?

The base refire thing was also patched. But still, it doesn't stop the NPCs spitting hell at you.
