I am afraid that there is a problem. Do not get me wrong, your party is doing everything right and effectively. The issue is that you are performing too effectively. It is becoming difficult to keep track of the surprising number of your ships.
I ask you to reduce their maximum count in a single patrol of yours to four (4). This means that Battlegroup Auxesia will operate four or less ships in one Bretonian system without any issues, but may operate up to four in another Bretonian system. I hope that this does not severely limit your plans.

We can certainly understand your concerns, and we have ordered some of our ships back to our home point. I must admit, we are very paranoid of losing assets, perhaps too much as you have noted. I must apologise for that on our behalf.
Although I must note that some of the logistics will still run through Bretonia and may require escorts, whilst others may be hunting at the same time. We'll do our best to keep it under control.
Thank you for the analysis, this could have been a nasty sink of resources - considering the irony in that, after the reasoning was to ensure no loss.
Due to the situation with the Hessians cooling down and other assets being called elsewhere, we're going to have to pull out from the borders. As such, I would like to request the Eidolon to have passage from Cambridge to Cortez, reason being to return to base deeper in the Independant Worlds.
Although, whilst the majority of the effort is returning, you may have the occassional hunting vessels seeking to earn income. They'll be able to assist should they come across. I'm sorry for this Admiral, but we cannot stay here forever, I hope you understand.
