The executive board of USI has recently decided that in order to strengthen Universal Shipping’s foothold in Alberta, an additional station would be needed for the purpose of strengthening security and providing quarters for additional USI employees. The board has determined that the best way to do this would be to attempt to rebuild Red Deer station. Therefore, the board has agreed to offer a total of 100 million credits for the purchase of both the wreck of a station and a permit to rebuild it in that location. If this offer is suitable, I will happily transfer the credits to LPI’s account. If not, the board is willing to negotiate.

Greetings.

As much as we would like to preserve the wreck as a monument, we recognize that the wreck is not currently of any use to the Libertonian economy, and as such we will authorize you to remove the wreck. Licensing a zone for the base is more of a government matter than anything else, and we implore you to consult government representatives before proceeding with construction of the base, so that your project doesn't end up in the wrong end of an Archer's siege gun.

Additionally, we would like to request a monument built to honor those killed onboard the first Red Deer station, either on the new station itself or in space on the original wreck site. We would also like to base a small wing of LPI patrol vessels on the station to increase our presence in the Alberta system, as well as to more readily protect shipping coming in and out of the system.

If you can meet our two requirements, you will have full LPI approval in reconstructing Red Deer Station.

Signed, Chief David Wright

I find that your requests are acceptable, and I would be happy to fulfill them. We have also sent a comm to the Department of the Interior, alerting them of this transfer, and should expect a response from them shortly.

With that being said, we have also transferred the agreed upon credits to LPI's account.

Signed,

Peter Tomson
