The IND is currently looking at increasing our escort fleet, as such we are looking at different ships that most appropriately fill our needs. During my evaluation of our needs and tactics as well as our procedures and practices, I have come to the conclusion that the Bounty Hunter bomber would fit our need like the proverbial glove. It ranked high in all of my evaluational criteria. Now, this ship, as you well know, is sold on your Sheffield Station, and as such we would like to discuss the purchase of a limited number of these ships for our escort fleet.

I would advise that non bounty hunters refrain from any attempts to purchase equipment manufactured by the Guild. This is due to bounty hunter equipment being purchased in the past and then sold to foreign entities as well as several instances of individuals purchasing bounty hunter ships and then attacking members of the guild with said equipment.

Good Lord, seems nothing is sacred round here these days ? Young Otis is acting entirely under my direct
orders, as he is one of our better pilots, and his opinion concerning current ship technology is always highly
valued. The choice of Bounty Hunter craft is one we have always considered as a viable alternative to the
use of military ones, as they seem to be getting a little tight with letting them go recently.
Sirius is becoming a much more dangerous place these days, and the need for escorts is of a paramount
concern in our business. We of course in return for the lease of these vessels would consider using your
pilots for duties when around your area of operations, and further, would as usual be prepared to *cough*
pay a little premium to your local ship sales agents. I'll leave that in the more then capable hands of Mr
Jethro to come up with the best result for all concerned.
As for Bayliss, I shall be removing his executive bathroom keys and privileges for some considerable time,
or until he sobers up. Which ever comes first ... Don't hold your breathe either way.

A. Identities of the Parties
The Agency, whose business address is New London Orbital Station "The Doghouse", New London System, Bretonia, is in the business of security provision.
IND, whose business address is registered in Newark Station, Manhattan Orbit, New York system, Liberty; Waterloo Station, New London Orbit, New London System, Bretonia; Roppongi Station, New Tokyo Orbit, New Tokyo System, Kusari; and Bonn Station, New Berlin System, Rheinland is in the business of trade and commerce.
B. Description of the Goods/Services
The Agency agrees to transfer and deliver to IND the below-described goods and services:
Design and construction of ten APM custom built BHG Bomber class vessels
Security-assessment of IND fleet.
Combat training for IND security escort personnel .
Manned on-site guarding services to safeguard personnel, installations, and equipment at Bonn Station and Newark Station.
IND agrees to transfer and deliver to the Agency the below-described goods and services:
Full docking rights and access to station maintenance, repair and communication facilities at Newark Station, Manhattan Orbit, New York system, Liberty; Waterloo Station, New London Orbit, New London System, Bretonia; and Bonn Station, New Berlin System, Rheinland.
Office space subject to agreed lease for administrative purposes at Newark Station, Manhattan Orbit, New York system, Liberty and Bonn Station, New Berlin System, Rheinland.
Licensing of all APM vessels to carry Interspace Commerce identification credentials and transponder signals.
A credit transfer to the amount agreed.

Excellent Sir, we at IND are looking forward to a new era of cooperation between our organization. Our teams at Bonn and Newark, are currently preparing for your pre-assessment teams arrivals, and I have personally been in contact with the facilities administration at the stations to setup temporary quarters for your staff. Luckily, the office wing neighboring ours at Newark station has recently been vacated, and is being prepared for you as we speak. Unfortunately, Bonn does not have an office space opening for at least two months. Until that time, we would like to offer you office space in our offices until such time as another space is available. On a personal note, I am glad to fin out that your Agency's reputation is indeed well earned.
