The Dragons have been fighting a large campaign against the Republic, and as such all ears of Kusari are on alert, both for Imperials and the Dragons, Kusari is in a more fragile state than ever before. You are direct and to the point Mr Fujimoto, I prefer that in my clients.
My prices are set by the demand in both type and quantity, for the arms market changes rapidly as conflicts around the sector progress. Of these, the type of weapon is probably the most important factor as it dictates almost every aspect of price from distance to potential obsticles not to mention the quality of the product.
The majority of weapons, both black market and legitmate, originate from the Houses of Rhienland and Liberty who favour different characteristics in their production. Rhienland weapons tend to be very rugged and dependable but are quite low tech which can be a blessing or a curse while Liberty favours advanced tech and raw firepower over reliability, the kind of weapons you only need to fire once.
Which of these would the Blood Dragons prefer and I will calculate my fee accordingly.

I've fully understood your offers and they sound quite perfect to what we deem fits to our vision. The Shogunate decided to go for the Libertonian Technology as we already have allies within the Rheinland borders that can acquire us the needed things. There's one particular question though...
How does this "deal" reflect on our allies? I'm not talking about Reputation no, with acquired tech from your side I suppose we can make this deal appeal on the Dragon Allies aswell? We'd be very interested to negotiate this. Sayonara.

An excellent choice and I would be happy to expand my services to all the Dragon's allies, if they want to contact me directly any transmission directed to The Rat will always find me. Unforunately the Order have deemed my method of business immoral and refused my offer, if they wish to engage my services as part of our deal they will be paying triple my usual fee.
As I'm sure you understand Mr Fujimoto a man cannot have his creed insulted without consequence, though I assure you this will not hamper our deal or that of your other allies.
In terms of pricing, a unit of Libertonian weapons would cost around 3,900 credits delivered at infrequent intervals, something I'm certain we can work out with your dockmasters. Special or rush orders however would require negotiation and addtional fees, depending upon the request.
