I'm honestly not sure what to say here. We are very much unclear about who is sending this and why.
You wish to "observe" the operation of our HWDU-430 "Golem"-class transports? Well, there are no laws against observing civilian traffic in Rheinland or to my knowledge, elsewhere. And your consultation will improve our work efficiency?

It's very interesting to me that PRIME is contacting us. We've seen your ships - if you even call them that - on occasion when we venture into the Omicrons, but we've never really had any sort of contact.
I have to wonder why you are interested in optimizing the our energy repurposing and deconstruction capabilities?
But we here at R&D certainly don't want to turn down any potential new opportunities for cooperation.
I'm still not entirely sure how you intend to "observe" our operations, but I suggest the following: the next time we send one or more Golem-classes out to the Omicrons, we'll contact you so that you might observe our work.
