Restart/id reputation issue

2 quetions:
1) There is a tool or a board to know what are relations with all faction for each restart?
2) I messed up the reputation of a freelancer character (where i already spent some money) mounting for mistake a pirate id. If i reach enough reputation to get a faction id my rep will be allineated with the one of the faction? (for example junker id will fix my relation with liberty lawfull?)

2) If I remember well buying an id will affect your reputation sheet.
