It has come to my, as well as the Keepers attention, that some of your rare technology seems to have found its way into the hands of another, outside of your forces. The individual did not identify themselves, yet wore the name Crimson.Tide. They claimed you were aware of such, and that they had 'left'. This message is sent to determine the authenticity of their words. You will find the evidence below.
