Frau Direktor, perhaps you already went through mein latest patol report. As you can infer from it,
mein Bergelmir was outgunned and outnumbered. To say the least.
As I do not want this to happen again in future, I hierby request to gain access to the Chemnitz again.
Such massive Hessian capital presence needs to be eradicated!

Another reason for contacting you is that during mein patrol, TLAG sensors tracked ein known vessel
running base supplies from New Berlin into Frankfurt a few times. Due to the exiting point of the ship
in Franfurt, I was able to find out its destination:

As you can see, this is not ein registered base within Rheinland, and moreover stationed in the Westerwald.
Though, I am not sure if this is ein civilian base or an installation that will be run by the Rheinland military and Nachrichtendienst.

Perhaps you should contact both Oberkommandos to find out more about this base.

Danke for your report and showing me the base directly in Frankfurt. Seems someone didn´t understand what sentence "You have to obtain permission before you construct base in Rheinland" means.

Regarding the Chemnitz, consider it done, all paperwork is filled. I keep hearing from time to time about some battles which Chemnitz won under your command, what proves you are skilled and experienced more than enough to directly return to its bridge and lead it against enemies again if you will consider its deployment as necessary due to lack of firepower on polizei side.
