Guten Tag, Herr administrator of the base named Burg. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektorin of the Rheinland Federal Polizei.

I´m sending this message to you to inform you that the base you constructed in northwest part of sector D3 in Frankfurt system within Westerwald Nebula is in violation of Rheinland laws in several points. Not only you did not registered your base prior to its construction, but also RFP| primary department does not have docking rights. Both are violations of laws, as well as fact that your base is constructed within restricted area defined by Article Seven.

For above mentioned reasons, your base will be evicted and deconstructed. You have eight hours to evacuate your personnel and property from the base, otherwise it will be done by the demolition team which will consist of Rheinland authorities. Delivering any supplies or materials to the base is forbidden from this moment and will be considered as violation of orders given by law-enforcement authorities’ representatives.
