see that's a metaphor
it speaks about the admins not being able to see the 90 degree people bc they don't play this game and/or are not pvp
and that they need to take some brain to stop them bc they are killing activity indirectly for not doing so
taking brain is the only way to deal with the menace

idk about the devs prolly talking about haste

but we cant have brains on the admin team
