I am the Curator of Battlegroup Auxesia. In the past, we encountered an expeditionary force of your Naval Forces within the Sigma region. I come to you today with an inquiry into the Legal codex - Section 5.5, unwelcome ships. The nature of our fleet often requires the use of one of the vessels listed here by our Logistics division. Specifically, the Z-8550 "Pitbull" Pirate Train. We, however, have refrained from using such within Kusari due to the nature of your laws and our unwillingness to violate them and endanger our reputation by doing so. As such, I'm inquiring into registering two such vessels for the procurement of resources, trade, and contract work within the Republic of Kusari. The vessel information is below.

Konbanwa, Curator Endurance of the Auxesia. Your message and related requests have been evaluated by the Ministry of Justice.

The Z series ships have the justified reputation of unsavoury origins, and are used frequently by the individuals and groups which prefer to live on the wrong side of the law and therefore find themselves unable to purchase more legitimate vessels for their trade. Their usage is ill advised, and the frequent presence and employment within Kusari space is something that causes unnecessary apprehension and concern among the civilian population.

Therefore, the Republic of Kusari condemns the usage of the z line, or "pirate vessels" as they are known, and cannot in good judgement provide the Auxesia group or any other entity with licenses towards their use.

I strongly advise your organization to make efforts to replace your transports with trusted working vessels, such as J90P - 54HT "Big Dragon" Kusari Transport, or any other Civilian or corporate models of your liking. Getting rid of the infamous ships will do a great deal in dispelling any criminal taint they may inflict on your organization image.
