Greetings Grand Admiral, its a pleasure to contact you again, however I wish to keep this message a bit more... personal if you may.

I've recently received a message from a young boy, Jonathan Kalh, his father is Kevin Kalh, one of the ex-agents from the founding era. I promised I'd meet with him in Kusari today, off the Order grid and out of Liberty to see what he's up for. The guy's got a lot of potential, he may be a bit on the kooky side but he's dedicated our cause, and was willing to take the risk of assassination by his own corrupt state to reach out to us... er, to me rather.

I would like him to be in Horus' hands, but I wish for you to speak with him first, preferably out of Order space before he can be allowed into our space and have access to our recruitment terminals. I see a lot of hope in him as one of our agents, he'd make a fine strike agent in Horus. All I ask is you scope him out yourself, I ask you as a friend...

I do not have much time to spare so I hope this recruit is as good as you claim him to be. It is not often that I get to interview potential new agents myself after all. Skills are heavily earned through training, not inherited but I pressume you have some resume of what he is capable of. If I get to be there, what exactly you expect of me to do? I doubt I am being called to serve in capacity of just mere advisor.

Hello again Grand Admiral

I'm glad to hear you've taken an interest in the prospect of the guy. I don't necessarily need you acting there as an advisor, more as just your own input and assessment of him in his field performance. I want him to have a meeting with you, prove himself to you that he wants to take on this life, as hard as it may be. The last place we held a meeting was in the Okinawa system, off the grid from bases and tradelanes, perhaps we can meet there again? Its up to you to find a time most appropriate for you.

He isn't some potential superweapon, he is however very dedicated and is willing to take the dive, so perhaps he needs a little knowledge test from the Grand Admiral himself to see how well he may fare. After this meeting I request that he be allowed into Order space and to begin training in the Horus Battalion under my command, maybe one day he can reclaim the older glories of his old man, but for now, it all rests on your green light. Give me a meeting time, and I can arrange it.
