Could anyone tell me if Kusari Naval Forces, State Police and/or Sumari Rep bribes are available? And if so where?

Can also find Samura and Kishiro bribes in the Sigmas and Taus.

Try Junyo, Shinagawa, and Narita for those bribes. I don't quite remember if there is a KSP bribe, but it'll be at Narita or Junyo if there is one.
