What i don't understand is how they instantly detect Karlotta alts.
You cannot tell me there are not false positives.

Actually, I think there cannot be false positives in this case.
Maybe it's not Karlotta, maybe some other person permabanned eons ago, does it really matter?
When fresh account shows insight in things that happened 4 or 5 years ago, combined with generally hostile attitude, it's called Karlotta. It's not necessary Karlotta him(or her, dunno)self
