Wesker I did not actaully I thought there would be people that actaully knew an answer to my question which is actaully a sensible question to ask. Not only that I thought id ask 101st them selves and I knew NC- would also read this thread so all in all an OC Faction member or high command could answer it but it seems it did not. I did not ask to bring my question here but instead I took a few aggressive words from the faction leader of 101st and he was trying to get me to post in NC- feedback thread.
But It seems no one was able or capable of giving me an answer to the question I asked. It turned into a ingame point of view and oorp point of view which I was not asking. But again thank you for the answers but it still does not answer my question. So the question will remain unanswered.

The group in its current status is dissolved and everyone was removed from the Skype-chat. This is a major restructuring of the [101st], which I as the current and only leader of [101st] (there's no HC) decided upon. The Unofficial Faction itself is -not- disbanded (the Unofficial faction status was moved and first adjustments had taken place), the [101st] has -not- ceased to exist. Everyone who wishes to follow the new path is welcome to PM me.
All group-material is still content of the [101st], which I'm still leading.
Characters that been with this group may keep to their characters backgrounds as long this does not involve using material or written content by the GID account.
Every RP done by this group is -not- retconned and may be referenced to as long this does not involve using material or written content by the GID account.
The GID account is property of me and its content that of [101st].
The Dies Irae is property of the [101st]. Same goes for the Armoury.
Everyone who contributed to the initial payment for the request/tracker contact me on Skype and I'll get to repaying your money as soon as possible.
