This is Commander Meek of the Battlestar Rubicon... We have been getting some disturbing reports lately of Artificial Intelligence vessels in your space. Quite a few in fact. Some even report Liberty Military Vessels under Artificial Intelligence Control. Some of our transport pilots are refusing to fly into your territories which is of course of great concern to the Colonial Remnant as a whole.
*pauses*
Therefore we have come to the decision that all pilots unwilling to fly into the liberty territories will be escorted by Vipers. We do not take this decision lightly. But it has to be done to protect ourselves from what we believe to be a very grave threat to the surviving Colonial People.
The Artificial Intelligence vessels are perfectly safe, and save the need for us to send men out in the field; computers are expendable, Navy officers are not. However, if you feel like you and your people need escorts in Liberty, that is your prerogative. Know that they are to never attack lawfuls or engage in unlawful activity. Do that, and we'll get along just fine.

I'm afraid your Vipers will not be entering our space in large numbers regardless of how unsafe you might feel. You are permitted an escort of one viper per transport, any more than that and they will be escorted out of Liberty space back through the way they came. Our navy is more than capable of handling your security. If you disobey that, your trade rights might be removed.
