Is there any way to check it?

It's my AVG antivirus gone crazy after the last update and erasing any random exe that I run or I definitely caught some severe malware.

Can someone provide me with a link where the original launcher file can be found so I can compare mine and the original.

Thanks in advance.

Don't think there is such a thing, if the launcher doesn't actually start when clicking a shortcut for it then chances are the exe. was deleted. But honestly if you're having problems with Disco, you'd be better off first setting an exception in the antivirus for that specific folder (Wherever you install Discovery) and then uninstall/reinstall Discovery. Just remember and check the exception still exists before you launch the game. It's probably a safer (albeit time consuming) alternative to downloading shady exe files on the internet to be fair.

I find it sort of strange that AVG is flagging up Discovery, since my secondary PC has AVG installed and hasn't had any problems with Disco. I'm guessing your assumption of malware problems is correct going from that, either that or the definitions are outdated as crap.
