So, I was thinking about Disco and all that jazz, trying to come up with a good, original idea for the server that I wouldn't have to run(because my schedule is garbage).

I thought about the singleplayer campaign from vanilla, and I came to a conclusion: What if we had something similar, consisting of events for each mission, and YouTubers who could record footage of them playing out their campaign as the main characters, while everyone else involved played the side characters and background characters?

Making up a story for the campaign and fitting it into the lore would be a hassle, especially with trying to organize events for the missions that'll play out in the campaign.

There would need to be A TON of organization for this to work properly, including the fact that some people will not know what's going on when they enter the area where the campaign is playing out.

Some may say that this idea is silly, or others may deem it as clever. I, personally, just want something fun to watch related to Disco. I wouldn't even care if the story was made up as the campaign went along.

Just like Vanilla, I want this to explore the lore of a ton of factions, and include a conspiracy that spans all of Sirius. Not necessarily at the magnitude at which Vanilla had, but still something that seems impossible to fight against.

With all the wars and disputes going on right now, I'm sure it'd be easy to take advantage of that. I'm not good with making up stories, but I'm sure that this idea could help others make one.

I'm not expecting many people to be onboard with this idea. I know it's difficult to put together regular events, let alone experimental ideas made by people with doge profile pics. If you want to change this to have it work out for you, that's fine with me. I'm open to all suggestions and criticism.

Some years ago, there was an attempt to organize people with mics to re-enact the entire singleplayer campaign, scene by scene. Everyone kept talking about how cool it was and how they wanted to partake but nobody ever volunteered to host a server for it. Maybe we could actually do it this time, now that most of us have better internet and the Teamspeak is actually reliable now.

Like I said, I'm not trying to tell people to re-enact the SP campaign, but help make a similar one that involves more aspects of Disco. That way the story could be more appealing to people watching the campaign on videos, and would attract more positive attention to Disco in general. I'm glad to see that people at least tried to do this once before, even if it was just a re-enactment of the SP campaign.
