For the longest time, when I was bounty hunting I had no need for a CD, as targets were even more interested in killing me than I was in killing them. I actually had my first bounty run from me ever yesterday, so I finally gave in and put on a CD, but I'd say you could get away with no CD if you really wanted to.

Not to mention, the CD is a surprisingly good offensive weapon.

well - i don t have a train CD to stop enemies much.... the main purpose is to stop ppls E-killing and to blow up the nuke mines i drop in their face.

actually stopping someone from retreating is not even a secondary use for it.

btw, which is the best shield for BH Bomber?

bounty hunters use the molecular shield ( that d be RP )

but other than that - most ppl find graviton shield the best cause they offer 20% more protection against shield breakers.
