We had that happen during 'training simulations' within the S/D - the death message came up that we'd killed someone two or three systems away.
Thankyou!:D
I was flying though Tau-29 one day on my trader, where out of nowhere a death message said that I killed an old character or DBoys, I looked at the player list and DBoy was in Omega-15
The other side of Sirius...:shok:
There are similar glitches, and have been occurring for years. Besides if it was Mb52, why on earth would he make a post about it?
If all else fails, I also put it down to a small private server.

Well ... seems posting is a waste of my time here. I submitted a post with a simple question, "Was this you?" and a screen depicting a statement that my vessel was destroyed by your LNX_ThunderBay. But ... somehow it has been deleted without any comment as to why.
Guess it will remain a mystery. Too bad. Would have explained a few things.
To iterate again, there is no chance of another LNX_Thunderbay having been shot down. There is no other LNX_Thunderbay or anything like it and there never has been.
Baltar your post was deleted because we thought you were being facetious, I apologise for that, yes that was mb52.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.

Copy ... I understand there is no other vessel with same name. Just wanted to know if it was actually him that destroyed me or some impostor. Glad to have this clarified.
