Application for Base Construction in Liberty Space

--------------------------- INTRODUCTION ---------------------------

Due to the high interest of individuals and groups wishing to set up their own private installations within the Republic of Liberty, we have decided to introduce a licensing procedure for these installations.

In order to legally register a base in the Republic of Liberty, it is required that the owner lease the part of space that the base will occupy for the duration of its existence. The fee is monthly or yearly, to be paid in advance.

The construction of a base in Liberty is not a decision to be made lightly. Before you fill out an application, consider the following:

• Do you have the funds to sustain the base, including purchasing supply transports, paying for deliveries, and monthly base fees?
• Do you have enough suppliers to deliver life support and repair commodities on a regular (often daily) basis, especially in an emergency or unexpected absence?
• Do you have ready access to the commodities needed to upgrade and maintain your base?
• Will your base and suppliers be adequately protected from attacks, especially if no Liberty forces are available to defend it?
• Will you have enough base administrators if something needs to be changed on short notice?
• Are your base administrators familiar with all base commands to properly manage it?
• Will your base have a clear purpose that you will continue to pursue?
• Are your prepared to initiate and maintain communications with the Republic of Liberty and other organizations regarding your base?
• Are you prepared to allow official law enforcement access to your base?
• Are you and everyone using your base prepared to comply with all laws?

If you answered "no" to any of these, you may want to consider expanding your organization, gaining experience supplying other bases, and asking existing base owners for advice first.

It is the responsibility of all owners AND suppliers to familiarize themselves with The Laws of Liberty and ensure full compliance at all times.

All base applicants must fulfill the following conditions and requirements:

• Your full name.
• Your organization's name (if applicable).
• Provide us with the Owner's Affiliation and the base's IFF.
• Intentions for constructing their installation and a brief description of the owner's or the organization's activities.
• Abide to the regular taxation as regulated by the Laws of Liberty and provide visual evidence of your payments every month.
• Provide docking rights at all times for the Liberty Forces (tags: LPI- , [LN] , =LSF= , 5th| , 46th|)
• For any violations to the Laws of Liberty the base owners will be held responsible and consequences will follow.
