There is almost never a reason for us to contact you. Generally you guys leave us alone when we are salvaging out in the Texas fields. While cleaning these fields we were accosted by a Hellfire Pilot today. We will attach the comm logs to this transmission. The short version, this pilot claimed that we were under arrest. Put the nose of his Judicator right in front of us and demanded that we immediately jettison ourselves into space. We tried to argue with him that we were not doing anything illegal, that we were cleaning up the fields in Texas. This pilot claims that your Military forces view us as criminals. That you have proof of our wrong doing via spies? Why has this not been addressed before now?
In our last communication you made it very clear that Slavery, Piracy, and Smuggling would not be tolerated. To our knowledge we have not had any issues concerning the listed contraband or behavior. In fact, many of your pilots cruise by while we are cleaning the fields, checking to see if we are up to anything nefarious. A few insults are thrown our way, idle threats, as to be expected in consideration of your Alliance with the Xenos. Generally, your pilots move on to deal with actual threats. We have worked very hard at adhering to these standards, yet, we find ourselves being targeted. We did not return fire in fear that the entire Legion would rain hell and fire down upon us. Instead we chose to retreat to Beaumont under fire. Isn't sending a Judicator a bit overkill when trying to kill a bunch of ships mostly equipped with mining lasers? We are working class men and women just trying to make a living in these fields. Just what sort of image is the Legion trying to portray here?
