Before Minerva Research Center
The Galactic Spanning Corporation, also known as GalSpan was built from the ground up, the founder was known as Martin Richardson. Martin was a native Crayter Republican. In 820 A.S the company of GalSpan was founded on New Hope East as a private company. Galspan then became a public corporation, with stock option available to the employees of Galspan. Martin and GalSpan take pride in the Crayter ways. Starting as a private company on New Hope East, GalsSpan opened up thousands of jobs to citizens of Crayter. Although the company it self was not a Crayterian Republic Company, the Galatic Spanning Corporation lives by it's slogan "Your future...Is our today."

Registration for Minerva Research Center
The founder and Director of GalSpan, Martin Richardson went to the Crayter Republic Parliament and leadership with a request to start construction of a science lab that was orbiting Planet Yuma. The construction was approved with the 20 000 000 million Sirius Credit license fee as well as the 1st month tax payment. The reason behind it being approved was due to the help GalSpan gave the Crayter Republic with a situation they were having on Planet Yuma with a flora plant. Galspan where researching other genetic's regards to agriculture and teraforming.

How did Galspan end up back within the Republic? Well it all started from a privately owned Corvo Research vessel, which was purchased and decommissioned criminal base that was acting as the new research facility which was located within the Magellan system. Lead research Dr Albert Zeiler had established the laboratory but the Gallic Royal Navy insisted of it's destruction. Luckily for Dr Zeiler all the research and important data was saved as well as all the crew. That was when Galspan requested to reconstruct the research facility within Crayterian space, under their protecting.

Original Purpose of Minerva Research Center
The original purpose of Minerva Research Center was to continue to undertake all research from the destroyed facility within Magellan. All research was to continue as normal, but a new priority research job was made, that was to develop a formula to stunt the intense flora growth on Planet Yuma, and assist with the preparations of the colonization which was being made by the Crayter Republic.Once the procedures was successful and all tests where complete, all attention was then focused on the intense flora growth that was slowing the colonization down.

Minerva Research Center
Back on the 27th August, the construction of Minerva Research Center was completed, the very first and most important research project for Galspan was complete and was successful. Dr Albert Zeiler was already relocated into his new laboratory onboard Minerva Research Center and all subsequent genetic research will from this moment be taking place onboard Minerva Research. All other future innovations will soon be on the market to the people of Sirius.

Not only did GalSpan complete the very first construction module of all core systems of Minerva Research Center, but it was done in record time. Way ahead of schedule. Change of Ownership
Sadly for GalSpan, Assistant Director Bales sent unfortunate news to the Crayter Republic to inform them and all close friends of GalSpan that the doors and all assets which belong to them will indefinably be liquidized. That leads to Assistant Director Bales getting in touch with the Crayter Defense Industries, Director Ryan Larkin. A discussion was started and an offer was given to Director Ryan Larkin, whom then relayed the discussion to the parliament board of Crayter Republic whom then came to an agreement of purchasing Minerva Research Center for 800 000 000 million Sirius Credits. The lab, housing and quarantine zones were still in working condition. The lab is fully stocked with all latest technology. Perfect for some more important work that requires not just Crayterian scientists but also close allies of the Republic, such as the independent miners guild and The Order.
