For Example take the Falcon from Star Wars it is a Freighter that was Built for Modular ability and Speed. Fastest ship in Galaxy anyone? but using this ship as an example Caro Space was Sacrificed to allow for a Larger Engine, but it was still an effective Blockade runner.
My Key point is Freighters where not designed to Dish out damage but take it long enough to get Outta Dodge as it where, So add CM to them all Give more power regen to allow for bigger engines to escape Combat and out run even Small Fighters.
