"Citizens of the Republic, over the past few months the People's Republic has expanded, it has become more than what most Sirians considered an 'insignificant power', we have expanded our borders, support for the Revolutionary Army and it's personnel has increased ten-fold and most importantly we are constantly expanding our capacity to wage war against those who would seek to snuff out our people. Our very way of life!

As the year draws closer to a close the Republic must remember to exercise caution, the Houses still seek war both against us and amongst themselves. The Corsair Empire continues it's bloody campaign against the innocent and our friends find themselves constantly under threat of annihilation. Yet these dangers will not stop us, our people are united, free and ready to fight to protect our cause and the Red Banner!

In the next couple of weeks we must also remember both comrades who have died in the name of our Republic in addition to your fellow citizens working hard over the season to both provide for their families and for the People's Republic to continue to stand as a bastion of freedom in the Omegas. Remember to give your fellow comrade words of encouragement, of friendship, of solidarity. For this is the season of brotherhood and good-will comrades, a season of cheer and family.

The State Duma & the Premier have authorized an increase in rations for all Coalition Citizens for the next 2 Weeks to celebrate the Holiday Season and in addition the Republic shall host 'Holiday Festivals' on both Planet Volgograd & JiangXi. Those at the Estergebirge Mining Colonies will be permitted leave to attend these celebrations.

Happy Holidays People of the Republic, may the coming year be the year when our dream becomes a reality."
