Captain McKinley,

You have done well Captain, the Board is impressed with your work thus far, however we believe it time that you are given some more responsibility. As such, it was decided you are to be made Executive Officer of the 4th Assault Fleet, Battleship Norfolk. Your duties will cover the Omega regions which border us, Sprague coordination and administration, and assist Admiral Hall in the care and defence of the Cambridge system.

Unfortunately, I must make another request of you. It is why I have chosen to contact you directly. Admiral Hall is missing check-ins. Updates are missing. He is a long standing member of the board, so I believe a fresh face will assist him in his day to day work. He did report failings with his fleet, so I am relying on you to summarise these issues and advise me how best to tackle them. If you wish to advance further, you will report these matters directly to me.
