To whom it may concern.

The Neural Net is flooding with news about an ambush on one of your Freeports. Such an act of violence cannot be tolerated. Whilist I can't talk on behalf of Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army, I offer a help as a defense grid from Special Mobile Task Unit. Any kind of defense, including the safe route for logistic convoys and pushing back the enemy - everything that we can provide. Of course, we won't take any payment for protecting the innocents - it's our duty. However, our presense, as well as docking access, must be approved by you. We're not some kind of barbarians that enter any system as they please.
